About Us
Nachdi Jawani team has been providing a platform for all age groups, to experience the soul of Punjabi Dance, Music, Art, Songs, Drama, and Poerty, since 2000. Our team members are young, energetic and enthusiastic who not only promote Punjabi Culture among different communities but also advocate fitness.
Nachdi Jawani team pioneered in establishing “Punjabi VACA”; the first Bhangra, Giddha and Dhol Academy in Ontario. With continuous efforts NJ team has been successful in expanding this academy to 4 locations in GTA. We have trained over 7500 students and currently have 1000 students of different age groups.
In 2008 NJ and Punjabi VACA got another feather in the cap when they registered their name in Guinness World Records for a Bhangra performance which comprised of the highest number of participants ever.
We aspire to keep the children and youth involved in healthy physical activities and creative art work in a safe and affable atmosphere. The time our team invests in educating Canada’s young population ensures that they are inclined towards heritage, culture and artistry.

At Nachdi Jawani we are committed to create Bhangra awareness and encourage preservation of Punjabi Culture. VACA team aims to augment student's cultural knowledge as well as help them develop social skills, discipline, and above all passion for Bhangra. We believe in unbiased treatment, friendly atmosphere and being open to new ideas. We respect cultural as well as ethnic diversity. We strive to be the number one Bhangra Academy not only in Canada but also worldwide.
Vision
Our goal is to promote Bhangra and Giddha in every nook and cranny of the world not only as a dance form but also as an effective physical activity which results in a toned body. We also yearn to get feedbacks from everyone through social media, online forums, and face to face interactions to help us improve, thrive and achieve colossal success.
